City Inspection was completed and passed after some delay on the City’s part. The materials for the wall construction are being delivered and the wall will go up. The hardscape can begin at the same time. The coordination with the listing team will be handled in a way so there is no time waisted before buyers are able to see the property. There is a market report coming in the next 24-48 hours for the DHS area and it will be shared here as well.
