Electric, Mechanical, and Electrical Rough-ins should be starting before next visit. Property was closed at time of the photos. Materials are all in hand for the next step, and have been for months. Builder will be scheduling pre-drywall inspection very soon and the team can go straight into hanging drywall and completing the exterior of the property.

Framing on both lots started this week and will be completed fast. Next, the crews will begin rough-ins for electric, plumbing, HVAC, and prepare for city inspection before drywall is installed.
