More dirt was delivered to the site to accommodate the large size of the lots and the compaction needed to grade the property. Materials are 100% paid for and ready to deploy once the property “in line” ahead of it has it’s compaction completed. There is possibility they will move some of this dirt to the preceding property in order to speed the process back up. The slab will be completed right after grading is completed.

Framing Crew is on Granada now. Once completed, they will complete framing on Acoma. After Acoma, the framing crew will be scheduled to complete the framing on both Calle Las Tiendas lots. The Calle Las Tiendas lots are larger and can accommodate a larger single family house plus ADU than previous projects.
